bjlive Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bjlive ("bjlive", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the bjlive website, mobile platform, applications, gaming products, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing bjlive, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the bjlive platform and close your account.

This Agreement is supplemented by additional rules applicable to specific products, promotions, and payment methods, all of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific product rule and this Agreement, the specific product rule shall prevail in respect of that product only.

To register and use the bjlive platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bjlive enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders without exception.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bjlive or any third-party responsible gaming body.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any other person.
• You have not previously had a bjlive account suspended or permanently closed for a violation of this Agreement.
• You possess the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

bjlive reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify age, identity, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Pakistan. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bjlive will result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bjlive platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address used — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You undertake to update your account information promptly whenever a change occurs. bjlive shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

Your bjlive account is personal to you. You must not:

• Share your login credentials with any other person.
• Allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Transfer, sell, or assign your account or any balance within it to any third party.
• Use another person's account with or without their consent.

bjlive reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that registration information is inaccurate, that the account is being used fraudulently, or that the account holder no longer satisfies the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

bjlive accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively. The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and general bank transfer. Payment method availability may change from time to time and bjlive shall publish any updates on the Payments page of the platform.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your bjlive account via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited within thirty seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business days to reflect. bjlive does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the bjlive payments team and processed within the timeframes displayed on the platform at the time of the request. bjlive reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method verified as belonging to the account holder.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the bjlive Payments page and may be amended at any time.
• bjlive does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once confirmed. Contact support immediately if an incorrect amount has been deposited.
• bjlive reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions prior to processing withdrawal requests.

bjlive offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and tournament prizes (collectively, "Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms published at the point of offer, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all bjlive Promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All Promotions are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Promotions are available to verified accounts in good standing only. Accounts under investigation, suspended, or restricted are not eligible.
• bjlive reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice in cases of abuse, technical error, or regulatory requirement.
• Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• bjlive reserves the right to determine the order in which real money balances and bonus balances are used for betting purposes.
• Any indication of Promotion abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets, using multiple accounts, or structured wagering — will result in voiding of the relevant bonus and may lead to account suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on bjlive are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game type — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fishing titles each carry their own published rules. The following general provisions apply across all bjlive gaming products:

• A bet is final and binding once confirmed by the bjlive system. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation except where expressly permitted by specific product rules (e.g., cash-out functionality).
• bjlive reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stake amounts that resulted from a manifest technical error or a pricing mistake.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, the decision of the bjlive trading and compliance team is final, subject to the escalation procedures in Section 15.
• All random number generator (RNG) based games on bjlive use certified RNG technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant in play. The presiding dealer's actions are governed by studio rules and bjlive has no ability to override or modify live game outcomes after they have been determined.
• bjlive publishes maximum payout limits per bet and per event. Winnings exceeding published limits will be paid to the maximum limit only.

bjlive's sports betting markets — including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, kabaddi, and UFC — are priced by professional trading staff. In-play odds are subject to frequent changes based on live match developments and bjlive accepts no liability for bets placed on stale or delayed odds caused by connectivity issues on the player's end.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjlive platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the bjlive platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the bjlive platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated betting designed to manipulate outcomes or exploit bjlive's systems.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including using bjlive as a vehicle to process illegitimate funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bjlive staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Systematically exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, including arbitrage strategies or "bonus hunting" schemes.
• Accessing the bjlive platform via VPN, proxy, or other means designed to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

All content on the bjlive platform — including but not limited to the bjlive brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, graphics, text, video content, odds data, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of bjlive or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bjlive platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any bjlive content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any bjlive software or application.
• Create derivative works based on bjlive content or branding.
• Use bjlive trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by bjlive.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the bjlive platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of bjlive intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your platform access and may give rise to legal action.

bjlive collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on bjlive, you consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, bjlive collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. bjlive does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

bjlive implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit and access-controlled storage for data at rest. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure and bjlive cannot warrant absolute security.

bjlive is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account settings without any requirement to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive mandatory timeout notifications after a defined gaming session duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming position.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bjlive shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the bjlive platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Gaming losses incurred through your use of the bjlive platform, whether or not such losses result from a technical fault.
• Interruption or unavailability of the bjlive platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Inaccurate content published on the bjlive platform where corrected promptly upon identification.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, bjlive's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bjlive account in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bjlive reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any applicable product-specific rules.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Extended account inactivity in accordance with bjlive's dormant account policy.

You may close your bjlive account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your nominated withdrawal method after completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Where an account is closed by bjlive due to a breach of this Agreement, bjlive reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, to apply such balance against any losses, costs, or damages incurred by bjlive as a result of the breach.

bjlive reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Amendments will be published on the bjlive website and, where the amendment is material, bjlive will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven days prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the bjlive platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

It is your responsibility to check this page regularly to stay informed of the current version of the bjlive Terms and Conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bjlive holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement.

Nothing in this clause shall limit bjlive's right to seek interim or injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where bjlive determines such relief is necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including the protection of its intellectual property or prevention of fraud.

If you have a query, concern, or dispute relating to your bjlive account, a bet outcome, a payment, or any provision of this Agreement, please follow the steps below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise your concern directly with the bjlive support team via Live Chat, Messenger, or Viber. Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and resolves the majority of queries within minutes.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, submit a formal written complaint to bjlive by email at [email protected]. Please include your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. bjlive will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following Step 2, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under bjlive's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are provided in our licence documentation.
